Graceland International Incorporated (GII) is
structured and managed by group of professional individuals from three layers:
The Board of Directors, the Administrative and Technical Teams.
Ø The Board
of Directors: safeguard
and draw up policies for the smooth and effective running of the organization.
The BOD also lobbies on behalf of the organization to solicit programs for the
survival of the organization.
Ø The
Administrative Team: The
Administrative Team runs the day to day activities of the organization and
administered the affairs of the organization. It is headed by the Executive
Director.
Ø The
Technical Team: The
Technical Team is the vehicle of the organization; oversees projects of the organization
and it is headed by the Program Consultant/Specialist.
